SMART Brochures

VACU SMART Program The SMART program takes a proactive approach to improving psychological wellbeing through the development of a self-care plan that aims at assisting AV employees to better monitor their stress levels and improve their coping. The intention is that employees meet with a VACU Psychologist at least once a year to monitor their psychological health and review their progress. Staff can participate in the program either by arranging an appointment with a VACU Psychologist at the psychologist’s private office or by attending an appointment at their workplace with a VACU Psychologist, where arrangements have been made for a Psychologist to visit. Participation in the program is voluntary >> Read More
