PTSD Support Dog Visit

Upcoming Mental Health Forum/Dog Visit

The AEAV wishes to advise members that at the next How Are You Traveling meeting in Melbourne, at the start of the forum a presentation will be delivered by Melanie Scott and her trained PTSD support dog, Paddington, who is a 20 month old German Shepard.

Melanie is a qualified dog trainer and Former Victorian Police Officer who provides dog training services for First Responders focusing on PTSD.

A light meal will be provided.

Any members who wish to attend are invited to come along. The forum provides a safe and supportive environment for members to discuss issues they may be dealing with personally such as depression, anxiety and PTSD.
