NPT EBA BALLOT RESULT

NON-UNION AGREEMENT

OVERWHELMINGLY VOTED DOWN

80.6% SAY NO!

Members will be aware that National Patient Transport recently put their draft Enterprise Agreement to a vote of eligible employees. The ballot was conducted by the CorpVote.

Today the AEAV has received the result of the ballot.

Number of votes YES – 71

Number of votes NO – 295

This sends a clear message to your managers that you won’t accept anything less than a fair and reasonable wage offer and won’t be conned into accepting an inferior agreement. Delegates and members at NPT should be congratulated for their hard work in organising their workplace and fighting to achieve fair wages and conditions.

Let’s hope that NPT take this resounding result on board and revise their offer.
